Sports Medicine Surgeon – Faculty Title: Sports Medicine Surgeon (Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor) Location: Morgantown, WV Employment type: Full-time faculty position Responsibilities Execute orthopaedic sports surgery and deliver high‑quality patient care. Teach medical students, residents, and fellows in clinic, operating room, and didactic settings. Participate in scholarly research and contribute to the department’s academic mission. Manage a wide variety of sports‑medicine related injuries and conditions. Qualifications MD, DO, or foreign equivalent with eligibility for West Virginia medical licensure. Completed orthopaedic surgery residency and sports‑medicine fellowship. Board certified or eligible in orthopaedic surgery. All qualifications must be met at the time of appointment.
