We’re looking for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator who knows how to run a building, lead people, drive outcomes, and take ownership. Job Responsibilities and Duties Provide full operational oversight of the Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing facility. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, maintaining survey readiness at all times. Lead, mentor, and develop department heads, fostering accountability and performance. Drive census strategy and maintain strong occupancy through hospital and community partnerships. Oversee financial performance including budgeting, expense management, and revenue optimization. Monitor key performance indicators and implement action plans to improve quality measures and star ratings. Partner with clinical leadership to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care. Strengthen team engagement, retention, and overall culture within the building. Communicate effectively with ownership and executive leadership on operational performance and initiatives. Recruit and retain top talent across all departments. Requirements Active Ohio Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license (required). Proven leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (AL experience preferred). Strong understanding of survey process, regulatory compliance, and reimbursement models. Demonstrated ability to improve star ratings, clinical outcomes, and operational performance. Experience managing budgets and driving financial performance. Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable. Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills. A hands‑on, results‑driven approach to leadership.
