Lab, X‑Ray, and pharmacy on site. Extremely high team engagement scores. $150,000 bonus package. Compensation and Benefits Highly competitive compensation package with a 2‑year income guarantee of $290,000+ per year plus full benefits, including health, dental, vision, and disability insurance. Generous PTO package, employer‑matched retirement options, $4,000 CME credit per year, paid malpractice and tail coverage, and benefits start day one. Up to $15,000 in moving allowance. Qualifications Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school is required. Demonstrated competency as a physician through completion of an appropriate residency program; board certified or board eligible. Ability to obtain Mercy Medical Center – North Iowa medical staff privileges. Above‑average communication skills and teamwork ability. Licensed or eligible for a State of Iowa physician license, Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate, and Federal DEA Certificate. Eligibility BC/BE must be board‑certified within 3 years of becoming eligible. H1B and J1 candidates accepted. PSLF eligible. Location Mason City, Iowa.
