Job Title: Director of Rehabilitation PTSalary: $105,000 - 120,000 + Monthly IncentivesSchedule: Monday - FridayFull‑time OT Requirement Responsibilities Implement and monitor facility rehabilitation policies and procedures. Supervise and train rehabilitation staff, ensuring competency and effective orientation. Coordinate rehabilitation admissions and caseload distribution. Assist in case management of Medicare A rehabilitation cases under the PDPM system. Manage department metrics, including billing, compliance, and maintain key relationships in the community. Qualifications Physical Therapy license is required. Occupational Therapy license is required. At least 3 years of experience as a therapist. Supervisory and/or administrative experience in long‑term care rehabilitation preferred. Knowledge of Medicare PDPM and ability to manage a variety of payors effectively.
