The Branch Director is accountable for managing the day‑to‑day branch operations to ensure operational efficiencies, quality of patient care, regulatory compliance, support of business development & patient base growth, achievement of key performance indicators, and people management/development. Responsibilities Supervise branch/clinical staff and ensure the branch meets applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding certification and licensure. Develop, plan, implement, analyze and organize branch operations. Ensure delivery of care for all patients served by the branch, providing supervision and support to Clinical Manager(s). Collaborate with the Area Director of Operations or the AVP of Operations and Finance Department to establish branch revenue and budget goals. Provide support and supervision to Clinical Manager(s) to promote effective performance and quality home‑care services. Maintain office operations efficiently and safely, meeting local ordinances and fire & safety regulations. Conduct continuous quality improvement through quarterly committee meetings, review patient satisfaction data, and follow up on negative surveys. Communicate with Area Director of Operations or AVP of Operations for direction, problem‑solving, and program implementation. Partner with Sales Directors and Account Manager(s) to meet budgeted admission goals and participate in sales and marketing initiatives. Required Experience & Skills Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure (in the state of practice) preferred. Minimum of 2 years of healthcare operations management experience, preferably within Home Health or Hospice. Outstanding leadership skills with demonstrated experience motivating, educating, supervising, and supporting staff and developing a cohesive team. Experience with quality improvement monitoring and reporting tools and methods. Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, and accreditation standards. Fiscal management experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. EMR proficiency; prior Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Valid state driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile liability insurance. Schedule & Compensation Weekly Hours: 40 Pay Range: $93,000 - $128,000 per year (starting base pay estimate; may vary by location and individual qualifications). Eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
