Job Details: Location: Stockton, CA 95204; Position Type: Full Time; Title: Director of Rehabilitation (RPT / SLP / OT / COTA) What You'll Do Provide leadership over exceptional therapy care to patients within a post‑acute setting. Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize recovery. Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records. Support patients in achieving rehabilitation goals and long‑term wellness. What You’ll Need Active or obtainable RPT, OTR, SLP, or COTA license in the state of California. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly rate ($55.00 to $65.00). Paid Time Off (PTO) – 15 days to start, accruing up to 30 days. Additional day added annually until 30 days. 6 paid holidays and up to 3 days of bereavement pay each year. 401(K) retirement program with a company match of 25% up to the first 4% of your deferral each payroll.
