Your future role at a glance Location: Oshkosh, WI Facility: Koeller Street Clinic Department/Specialty: Internal Medicine Schedule: Part time .5 | Monday-Friday 8am-5pm days vary. No weekends or holidays. How you'll make an impact in this role Manage the full patient lifecycle by greeting visitors, handling check-in/out, and scheduling or confirming appointments. Secure necessary documentation, verify patient demographics, and obtain insurance authorizations or precertifications. Collect co-pays, deductibles, and previous balances and reconcile reports and deposits to ensure financial accuracy. Answer telephones, screen calls, take messages, and provide essential clerical support. What minimum qualifications you'll need Education: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
