Endocrinologist – Independent Practice Track (MedCBO Supported) MedCBO is a Colorado-based healthcare business infrastructure company that provides a comprehensive Business-in-a-Box platform to independent physician groups across the United States. The platform integrates revenue cycle management, accounting and finance, human resources, EHR support, payer contracting, compliance, supply‑chain logistics, and data intelligence. Overview We are looking for endocrinologists who want to establish or transition into an independently operated medical practice supported by MedCBO’s administrative infrastructure. Physicians will own and govern the clinical operations of their own practice, while MedCBO provides non‑clinical business and operational support. Location Multiple U.S. markets are available (urban, suburban, and rural). Physician directed relocation or market selection is subject to licensure and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Provide endocrine care within the scope of specialty. Develop professional relationships within the medical community. Determine clinical services offered and manage clinical quality and patient experience. Administrative Support Provided by MedCBO Practice formation coordination Billing and collections management Payer contract negotiation Financial infrastructure and reporting Operational workflows and staffing systems Technology platform and implementation Requirements MD or DO with unrestricted license in good standing in the intended state of practice. Board Certified or Board Eligible in endocrinology (or appropriate specialty). Eligible for hospital and/or facility privileges where applicable. Ability to obtain professional liability coverage at standard market rates. No current limitations, exclusions, or disciplinary restrictions that would prevent independent practice. Interest in the independent practice model. Preferred Qualifications Desire for practice ownership. Community clinic care interest. Leadership or program development interest. Compensation Compensation is generated by the physician‑owned practice. Outcomes vary based on specialty scope, services offered, payer mix, physician activity, and local market conditions.
