Pediatric Rheumatologist Department of Pediatrics, University of Utah School of Medicine. Position Overview The Division of Pediatric Rheumatology seeks an immediate opening for a Pediatric Rheumatologist. The role involves providing clinical care to children with rheumatologic, autoimmune, and autoinflammatory disorders, and participating in shared rheumatology consultation on the inpatient service. Responsibilities Deliver ambulatory clinical care and potentially supervise advanced practice providers and nursing staff. Conduct inpatient clinical duties at Primary Children’s Hospital’s inpatient sites and at University of Utah clinics. Engage in investigation, research, and scholarly activities with an expectation of securing grant funding to support salary. Perform academic functions such as education, administration/service, and advocacy. Qualifications Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatrics. Board Eligible or Board Certified in Pediatric Rheumatology. Faculty appointment in the Department of Pediatrics on the Clinical or Tenure track at a level commensurate with experience and qualifications.
