ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality improvement programs, safety, environmental, and infection control standards.Documents of medical history and physical examination findings in the patient record utilizing the SOAP format.Orders, administers, and/or prescribes medications according to protocol and licensure.Assists in formulating and reviewing Quality Assurance criteria; provides in‑service training for staff.Ensures accuracy and thoroughness of patient care documentation, reports, records, and statistics.Maintains a safe, comfortable, therapeutic environment in accordance with clinic standards.Keep accurate and complete patient medical records.Monitor patients' emotional stability closely and actively engage with them to show genuine care and support for their progress.Perform examinations, diagnostic procedures, and therapeutic interventions related to direct patient care.Always prioritize the comfort, cultural needs, and privacy of patients.
