Responsibilities Provide comprehensive diagnostic and surgical treatment services for patients with a wide range of abdominal, soft tissue, and endocrine disorders, including complex gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary conditions. Clinic Patients per Day: 15 Call Rotation: 1:5 (or as assigned by the surgical department) Perform routine and advanced laparoscopic and open surgical procedures in an outpatient or hospital setting to treat diseases of the gallbladder, appendix, colon, and abdominal wall (hernias). Manage a high-volume surgical practice, coordinating perioperative care and long‑term follow‑up for patients with chronic surgical conditions or oncological diagnoses. Work alongside oncology, gastroenterology, and primary care teams to ensure integrated treatment plans, timely surgical interventions, and proactive post‑operative recovery. Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe. Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration. Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools. Strong communication skills and proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Highly competitive salary offers (negotiable – MGMA guidelines). Contract bonuses off of RVUs and quality metrics.
