Currently seeking an Outpatient Physician at our Highlands-Cashiers Health Center. What You'll Do: BRH has a multi-specialty provider base, including pediatricians, family physicians, psychiatrists, family nurse practitioners, physician assistants, counselors, dentists, nutritionists, and pharmacists, allowing us to give our patients access to affordable care and medications. This approach helps us better address the needs of a diverse patient population, of which 98% are classified low-income. BRH is invested in the growth of future health care providers in our region. We are one of two Teaching Health Centers in North Carolina and provide educational training for the Mountain Area Health Education Center Family Medicine Residency Program in Hendersonville, supporting 6 residents per year. In addition to residents, we also have medical students and other learners rotate within our clinics, so a strong interest in medical education is necessary in supporting the future of healthcare in our region.
