Base Salary and Compensation Base salary for pediatric anesthesiologist starts at $460,000; Peds Call Stipend of $62,000 and a $50,000 sign-on bonus. Compensation includes base salary and peds call stipend. Pediatric at-home call required one third of the year (5–10% call-in rate). Adult general call stipend up to $40,000. Optional weekend call at $275/300/hr. Requirements Pediatric Fellowship. BLS/ALS/PALS certification.
