About the Position MEDS is an independent, physician‑owned Emergency Medicine group located in Maryville, IL, offering a premier Emergency Medicine Physician opening. The role is for a BC/BE ABEM Physician to join our privately owned group. Responsibilities Provide emergency care to patients in both rural and urban communities. Practice in the hospital emergency department and serve in hospitalist roles. Collaborate with hospital staff and administrators to resolve clinical and operational challenges. Serve in leadership roles within the group. Maintain high quality standards in patient care. Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM). Physician by license. Ready to work as an independent contractor. Benefits & Compensation Excellent compensation. Medical liability coverage with tail.
