The Medical Director, Clinical Sciences is responsible for facilitating assigned dermatology studies and providing investigator support of Regeneron‑driven studies. The role reports to an Executive Medical Director and requires proficient knowledge of the drug development process, good clinical practice, study design, research methodology, and the regulatory and compliance landscape. It utilizes scientific and clinical expertise to initiate, propose, design, and execute research and development programs for early and/or late‑stage assets. The ideal candidate is a high‑performing, passionate physician scientist who serves as a clinical role model and demonstrates outstanding clinical scientific knowledge applicable to clinical research. Some industry experience is preferred. Responsibilities Provide clinical leadership and be responsible for all clinical deliverables within the assigned section of a clinical program, including protocols, clinical components of regulatory documents, medical information, and clinical communication and publications. Use advanced analytical skills to communicate concise and clear messages. Ensure the relevance and accuracy of the medical science underpinning clinical study concepts through thorough scientific review and consultation with internal and external experts. Lead activities within a matrix environment. Exhibit confidence and professional diplomacy, effectively relating to people at all levels internally and externally. Qualifications A M.D. degree or equivalent is required. Specialized clinical fellowship training in Dermatology is strongly preferred.
