You will provide comprehensive primary and preventive care, including evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients, performing physical exams, interpreting diagnostic tests, developing care plans, prescribing medications, and coordinating referrals as needed. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will support integrated, whole-person care with collaboration across behavioral health and wellness services.
