Job Summary OB/GYN Physician – Full time, permanent role. The OB/GYN will join a dedicated team of healthcare providers and provide comprehensive and continuing care, including routine and emergency clinic care and health promotion/preventative medicine. The position will support the client’s mission, vision, and values and comply with all protocols, policies, and procedures. Clinical Volume Deliveries per year: 2023 – 10, 2024 – 105, 2025 to date – 101 Hospitals credentialed: 1 Patients per day: Approximately 20 Robotics available: No Hospital responsibilities for OB/GYN: No (strictly outpatient) Relocation assistance: Available Support Staff 1 FNP Nurse triage Medical assistants Front desk Position Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide comprehensive ambulatory gynecology/obstetric medical care Participate in the practice call schedule Maintain board certification Maintain all other required certifications including BLS and NRP Maintain patient medical records within the electronic health record in a timely fashion Submit patient charges in a timely fashion Support the mission, vision, and values of the healthcare facility Be a community ambassador for the healthcare Abide by all human resource policies including those pertaining to professional behavior Participate in practice and organizational meetings and events in a positive, collaborative, and supportive manner Be a supportive and collaborative practice partner Provide constructive guidance and feedback to colleagues and organization Participate in the peer review program Supervise colleagues as needed Competencies Subject Matter Expert – Demonstrate expertise and keep knowledge current through required training and meetings Knowledge of and respect for HIPAA regulations Develop innovative approaches and ideas Business Acumen – Understand business implications of decisions, align work with strategic goals, set and achieve challenging goals Teamwork – Balance team and individual responsibilities, exhibit objectivity and openness to others’ views, give and welcome feedback, contribute to building a positive team spirit, provide excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, handle issues with tact and diplomacy, respond to requests for service and assistance, meet commitments, take initiative, follow through, and manage different tasks with quick turn‑around time, work well under pressure and with minimal supervision Organizational skills – Follow policies and procedures, complete administrative tasks correctly and on time, use excellent time management skills, verbal and written communication skills, prepare and present reports orally or in writing as required Essential Skills and Qualifications Graduation from an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited residency Licensing through the USMLE Active and unrestricted Massachusetts medical license Specialty board certification or obtain within one year of hire Qualifications Graduation from an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited residency Three years of OBGYN experience Experience Preferred previous practice experience of 3 or more years Preferred bilingual in English and Spanish Skills and Certifications Graduation from an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited residency Three years of OBGYN experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
