Participates in the direct patient care of patients. Demonstrates a commitment to professional accountability and growth to maintain and expand knowledge and skill. Education Required Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program and Licensure in the State of Kentucky. Certification Required Current Licensure and Certification as APRN in the Commonwealth of Kentucky with maintenance of DEA and CAPA-NS or CAPA-CS as regulated by the Kentucky Board of Nursing (KBN) based on APRN’s scope of practice.
