Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Near Niagara Falls, NY Overview: Our Registered Nurse helps keep campers and staff healthy, safe, and ready to enjoy their summer camp experience. This role provides daily nursing care, medication administration, and treatment for minor illnesses and injuries in a fun and supportive camp environment. Position Offers: Full-time seasonal schedule (June August) Competitive compensation of $1,500 per week Meals and lodging provided On-site clinical nursing experience Residential camp living environment Opportunity to work with children and staff in a unique healthcare setting Supportive team atmosphere Evening and weekend coverage opportunities as needed Key Responsibilities: Provide first aid, sick call services, and routine health assessments Administer medications in accordance with provider orders and camp policies Assess and manage minor illnesses and injuries, escalating care when appropriate Maintain accurate and timely health documentation Communicate health-related concerns with camp leadership and parents as needed Maintain organization, cleanliness, and inventory within the health center Support health, wellness, and safety education initiatives for campers and staff Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York State Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN); BSN preferred Current CPR/BLS certification Previous clinical, school, pediatric, or related nursing experience preferred Strong communication, assessment, and decision-making skills Ability to live and work on-site for the duration of the camp season Why Join Us: This opportunity allows you to practice nursing in a rewarding residential camp setting while receiving housing and meals.
