Position Overview Whether you're a resident, a physician early in your career, or a seasoned physician with years of experience, Akron Children's Hospital has something different that's hard to explain. The successful candidate will join a well‑established group, expanding the services of the Heart Center team. Our team includes 16 pediatric cardiologists, 7 advanced practice providers and 2 cardiothoracic surgeons who provide a complete spectrum of coordinated, compassionate, cardiac care to over 10,000 patients annually. Services include advanced diagnostics, complex surgical procedures, an adult congenital heart disease program, a fetal imaging program and a cardiac MRI program. The ideal candidate will have experience in fetal imaging and trans‑esophageal echocardiography (TEE). This position is a 501(c)(3) site which qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness through the federal government.
