Operative Capacity: Two ORs dedicated to Cesarean section deliveries. Neonatal Care: A fully staffed Level II NICU (Special Care Nursery) that handles infants born after 32 weeks with specialized monitoring, respiratory support when needed, and a low patient to nurse ratio. Staffing & Care Model: You'll work alongside a team committed to both technical proficiency and compassionate support. Cross‑trained nursing staff practicing couplet care - so moms and babies receive seamless, coordinated care together.
