Position SummaryThe Physician Faculty-OBGYN is responsible for both the education of Family Medicine fellows & residents and the delivery of high-quality OBGYN care to a panel of patients. This physician must be proficient in the delivery of care in both outpatient and inpatient settings. As an educator, this physician must be a model of professionalism and an excellent mentor to residents. This physician must be a master adaptive learner and must model this in their practice of medicine. This physician will be proficient across the full scope of OBGYN. Pay and Benefit ExpectationsWe provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $462,221.00 - $462,221.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
