It is important to us that our team members make a difference while still enjoying a work/life balance.Key Responsibilities:Drive routes from the DFW area to Austin and occasional day trips to Louisiana.No overnights required Obey traffic laws, and follows established traffics and transportation proceduresInspects and maintains vehicle supplies and equipment, such as gas, oil, water, tires, lights, and brakes, to ensure that vehicles are in proper working conditionMaintains records such as vehicle logs, driving logs, records of cargo, or billing statements in accordance with regulationsLoads and unloads trucks and inspects cargo to make certain that it will not shift during deliveryAssemble, line, and pad cartons, crates and containersPrepare finished goods for delivery (banding, wrapping, tagging)Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products to ensure that packing specifications are metMark and label containers, container tags, or product using marking toolsObtain move and sort products, material, containers, and ordersMeasure, weigh and count product and material prior to packingEnsures to follow all SPM safety procedures associated with operating machinery, plant requirements and other safety regulationsQualifications:Must hold a valid Texas Commercial Class-A Driver's License with good driving recordDriving experience 2+ years minimum 2+ years of Forklift experienceMust have a clear three-year Motor Vehicle ReportMust have knowledge of Department of Transportation regulationsDemonstrated competency in basic mathAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to lift, carry, and/or push up to 50lbsWhy Join Us:Competitive compensation package and benefits.Opportunity to make a significant impact on operational efficiency and quality.Collaborative and innovative work environment.Career development and growth opportunities within a growing company.How to Apply:If you are a hands-on, performance-conscious individual with a team player mentality and a sense of urgency, we want to hear from you!
