This role is ideal for physicians who want a predictable schedule, strong work-life balance, and the ability to focus exclusively on women’s health without hospital duties. No call. No deliveries. No weekends. No nights. What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive well‑woman exams Perform Pap smears, pelvic and breast exams Diagnose and manage gynecologic conditions Treat menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, infections, menopause, and more Deliver family planning and contraceptive counseling Insert and remove IUDs and contraceptive implants Perform colposcopies and minor in‑office procedures Manage outpatient prenatal care (no deliveries) Qualifications MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN Active California medical license (or ability to obtain) DEA registration Current BLS certification Compensation & Benefits $268,000 – $380,000 annual salary Outpatient‑only practice No call, no deliveries, no nights, no weekends Predictable Monday–Friday daytime schedule Full benefits package Supportive clinical and administrative staff Why Join Us?
