Role As a Clinical Director you will provide exceptional patient care while building and growing a team of clinical and non‑clinical teammates. You’ll maintain your treatment skills and lead with passion. Key Responsibilities Deliver high‑quality patient care as a licensed physical therapist. Develop and mentor clinical and non‑clinical staff. Establish community presence and referral relationships. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice. Minimum 2 years of clinical experience; supervisory experience preferred. Strong work ethic, growth mindset, and passion for mentoring teammates. Benefits Competitive Salary: $100,000–$115,000/year (based on experience, hours, certifications, and more).
