ATC West Healthcare is seeking a Board-Certified Neurologist to provide onsite and call coverage beginning March 2026. This role combines daytime inpatient/outpatient clinical coverage with after-hours night call and 24-hour weekend call responsibilities. The position supports both hospital-based neurology care and limited outpatient clinic services. Dates & Schedule Coverage dates are intermittent from March through July 2026, including:March 2026: 3/2, 3/5, 3/23, 3/27April 2026: 4/27May 2026: 5/1, 5/3, 5/8, 5/25, 5/28, 5/31June 2026: 6/5, 6/22, 6/25, 6/28July 2026: 7/3Daily Schedule (when applicable):Onsite coverage: 8:00 AM 4:30 PMNight call: 4:30 PM 8:00 AM24-hour weekend call when scheduled Job Details & Responsibilities Provide inpatient and outpatient neurology coverageOutpatient clinic hours during onsite shifts:Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 1:00 PM 3:00 PMExpected patient volume: 6 8 patients per dayRemain onsite to provide hospital coverage even when outpatient volume is lowRead inpatient and outpatient EEGs as neededParticipate in after-hours call coverage, including weekendsEMR system: CernerProcedures Required:Radiologic exam interpretationLumbar puncture (spinal tap)EEGBrain death examinationEvoked potentials Required Skills & Qualifications Board Certified in Neurology (Board Eligible not accepted)Active Michigan medical license at time of submissionActive DEA registrationBLS and ACLS certifications (NIH Stroke Scale/tPA competency preferred)Experience performing required neurology proceduresClean malpractice history (carrier and coverage limits required)Ability to meet occupational health requirements, including:Hep B, MMR, Varicella (vaccines or titers)Current flu vaccineCOVID documentationTB screening within 12 monthsTdap within the last 10 yearsAdditional NotesReverse invoicing via DocTime (no paper timesheets)Availability and preferred shift types must be clearly listed at submission
