Responsibilities: Consult with patients regarding their medical history, symptoms, and needs. Diagnose patients and develop personalized treatment plans. Teach therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve patient conditions. Maintain accurate patient records and monitor ongoing progress. Adjust treatment plans as necessary based on patient response. Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and families about progress. Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients. Qualifications: Effective communication skills in verbal and written English. Current State of Illinois PTA license and CPR certification. Proven skills in patient safety and care. Friendly, empathetic, and respectful demeanor. Reliable with results, punctuality, and attendance. Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
