One physician is retiring, creating an opening for an outstanding ophthalmologist. We seek someone very motivated, outstanding clinically, attuned to customer service, and excellent with patients. The ideal candidate is hard‑working, motivated to build a practice, and sees themselves as a partner rather than an employee. We seek someone who will invest in the practice long term and not someone looking for a temporary position.
