Located in the East Bay of San Francisco, there are 2‑3 expanding location sites, each 15‑20 minutes from downtown San Francisco. One physician is retiring, creating an opening for an outstanding ophthalmologist. We seek someone very motivated, outstanding clinically, attuned to customer service, and excellent with patients. The ideal candidate is hard‑working, motivated to build a practice, and sees themselves as a partner rather than an employee. We seek someone who will invest in the practice long term and not someone looking for a temporary position. The most important quality we seek is honesty and ethical conduct, as the guiding principles of our practice are compassion and integrity. We pride ourselves on our work culture and the well‑being of all staff. Likewise, there are strong relationships built with referring doctors, IPAs, and their leadership, positioning us uniquely.
