Position Overview We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Anesthesiologist to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will provide anesthesia care across various surgical specialties, ensuring patient safety and comfort. Responsibilities Administer anesthesia for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures. Monitor patients during procedures and manage post‑anesthesia care. Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care. Participate in the development and implementation of anesthesia protocols and guidelines. Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology. Valid Massachusetts medical license or eligibility to obtain one. The base salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to clinical FTE, qualifications, experience, education, board certifications, specialty, training, and scope of practice.
