The Director for Ambulatory Surgery is responsible for the operation of a service in a fiscally responsible manner and seeks new opportunities for improvement of services to patients/customers including efficiency programs and cost reduction efforts including the evaluation and implementation of processes to improve patient flow. The Director for Ambulatory Surgery supports the mission of the health system and is directly accountable to the Senior Director of Surgical Services. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Experience Three years progressive perioperative or peri-anesthesia management experience either in the ASC setting or the acute hospital setting required. Experience with budget development and compliance is required. Education and Training B.S.N. required License, Certification & Registration RN License- Licensed as an RN in MA CNOR, CSSM, CPAN or CAPA required Other Requirements The minimum and maximum of the hourly pay range for this position is shown above.
