The Rubber MoldingOperator will support daily production activities by operating molding equipment, inspecting parts,following work instructions, and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturingenvironment.Key Responsibilities Operate rubber molding equipment and related production machinery. Follow work instructions, quality standards, and production schedules. Inspect molded parts for quality and report defects or production concerns. Trim, package, label, and prepare finished products for shipment or next operations. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and company policies. Assist with machine setup, material handling, and basic production support tasks as needed. Work closely with supervisors, quality personnel, and team members to meet production goals.
