Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions Conduct physical examinations and develop treatment plans Prescribe medications and order appropriate diagnostic tests Provide preventive care and health education Maintain accurate medical records in accordance with clinical standards Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Qualifications Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Board Certified or Board Eligible Active and unrestricted medical license (state license required prior to start) Current DEA registration Work Environment On-site clinical setting in northeastern Arizona Rural community health clinic serving underserved populations Collaborative, team-based care model Preferred Experience Rural healthcare settings Community or federally supported health programs Working with diverse patient populations #J-18808-Ljbffr
