As a Youth Advocate , you'll help young people build essential life skills in education, health, housing, relationships, and employment. You will be a steady, encouraging presence-someone they can rely on during pivotal moments in their lives.Youth Advocates guide clients through daily routines, including preparing for school, participating in recreational activities, cooking, completing household tasks, and establishing healthy evening routines. Along the way, you'll provide coaching, positive reinforcement, structure, discipline and consistency, helping create an environment where youth can learn, grow, and thrive.
