Qualifications Doctorate graduate of an approved medical college. Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience (preferred). Physician (MD or DO) licensed in Michigan at time of hire. DEA registration and Basic Life Support (BLS) required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred. Physical Demands Pallet to waist: lift up to 50 lbs (occasionally). Waist to waist or to chest: up to 10–50 lbs (occasionally). Standing, walking and intermittent seated work are frequent.
