Job Description Responsibilities Performs direct patient care services and clinical supervisory services. Coordinating activities and providing clinical leadership and expertise for a 19 bed Surgical Unit. Accountable for standards of care and practice. All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration. Qualifications DO NOT APPLY unless you hold a BSN and have at least 5 years of healthcare management experience. A current RN License in the state of NH is a MUST . Must have strong critical care skills . Current BLS , ACLS , and PALS certifications are required . Strong experience using an EMR and Kronos timekeeping .
