Be a resource with proactive follow-up, timely updates, and professional communicationManage multiple files simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, organization, and a strong sense of urgencyExecute borrower updates, pre-closing, and funding callsEnsure loans close on timeResolve loan issues prior to LO escalationWork closely with the Loan Officer to help convert, retain, and support borrowers while keeping the pipeline moving smoothlyQualifications:Minimum of 5 years mortgage experience with strong mortgage expertise as a client-facing Loan Partner or Loan OfficerActive NMLS license. Licensed in Florida and Connecticut, or willing to obtainProven ability to conduct loan consultations, qualify borrowers, and convert clients into active homebuyersDemonstrated ownership mentality with the ability to work independently and move files forward without constant oversightDeep understanding of Conventional and various loan guidelinesExperience with DU/DO and structuring borrower scenariosStrong knowledge of mortgage documentation, disclosures and pipeline flowAbility to analyze tax returns, W2s, and all types of self-employment incomeExcellent with clients and referral partners.
