Key Responsibilities Lead a comprehensive Surgical Services platform that includes complex cases across multiple specialties and a continuously modernized perioperative environment. Oversee a non‑union perioperative team across the OR, Same Day Surgery, PACU, Endoscopy, Pre‑Admission Testing, and Sterile Processing. Manage strategy, quality, safety, throughput, budget, staffing, and regulatory readiness (DOH, The Joint Commission, AORN, ASPAN). Work with skilled managers, charge RNs, educators, and analytics resources within a diverse, friendly, and highly engaged nursing and interprofessional team that values evidence‑based practice, clinical mentorship, and frontline‑driven process improvement. Qualifications A master’s degree and at least five years of recent, consecutive perioperative leadership experience demonstrating competency in staffing, finance, and performance improvement are required; CNOR is preferred.
