The position functions as part of a multidisciplinary team that includes physicians and advanced practice providers, delivering patient evaluations, follow up care, and coordination across a steady daily caseload.QUALIFICATIONS• Graduate of a nurse practitioner program• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Texas as a nurse practitioner• Eligibility for prescriptive authority and controlled substance registration in Texas• Strong communication and teamwork abilities• Experience or interest in outpatient clinical careCOMPETENCIES• Ability to manage a consistent outpatient patient volume• Skill in coordinating care with physicians, APPs, and support staff• Proficiency with outpatient workflows and clinical documentation• Effective patient communication and follow up management• Capacity to support a high performing clinical environmentWORK SETTING & ENVIRONMENTWork Environment: Clinic/Private Practice; Outpatient• Multidisciplinary team including physicians and APPs• Outpatient only clinical operations with weekday scheduling• Use of industry standard EMR systems• Coordination of patient care across a steady daily caseload• Supportive clinical environment focused on consistent patient access
