Qualifications Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy. Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree or equivalent experience. Equivalent experience includes Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Pharmacy and at least two years of relevant pharmacy practice experience. Commitment to excellence, accuracy, attention to detail and teamwork. Ability to communicate effectively, work collaboratively with others, organize time well, solve problems, and work independently with minimal supervision.
