Job Summary The Physician provides direct clinical treatment services to patients, ensuring that patients receive the treatment necessary to treat their medical complaint. The Physician works constructively and collaboratively with other health professionals and focuses on attaining high standards of healthcare within their specialty. Duties may include patient care, instructing, monitoring, and advising other health care professionals, as appropriate. Responsibilities Deliver direct clinical treatment services to patients. Provide patient care, instructing, monitoring, and advising other health care professionals. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain high standards of quality care. Practice Details Clinic: Saint Francis Clinic‑Sikeston (former Ferguson Medical Group). Team composition: 4 Primary Care APPs, 2 Primary Care Physicians, 4 Pediatricians, 1 Clinical Psychologist, 3 PMHNPs, and 5 LCSW. Patient volume: 17‑21 patients per day on average. EMR system: Epic. After‑hours calls: phone‑only, 1:8 call rotation; minimal call. Work Schedule Monday‑Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $350,000 plus productivity (RVU‑based model). Student Loan Repayment Available. Signing Bonus or Monthly Stipend option for residents. Relocation Allowance Paid. Malpractice coverage with tail coverage. CME allowance. Health, Dental, Vision Insurance. Retirement: 403(B), 457(B) and Tax‑Deferred Annuity. Qualifications Active medical license in the State of Missouri. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; maintain Controlled Substance license for Missouri and Federal DEA. Completion of an accredited residency program. Active medical privileges and memberships. Board Eligible with plan to complete certification within a reasonable timeframe, or already Board Certified.
