About the Role Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, the nation’s first cancer center and the only National Cancer Institute (NCI)-Designated Comprehensive Cancer Center in Upstate New York, invites applications for a full-time Head & Neck Medical Oncologist at the Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor level to join our expanding multidisciplinary Head & Neck Oncology Program. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice at a nationally recognized academic cancer center dedicated exclusively to cancer care, research, prevention, and education. The successful candidate will join a collaborative and highly integrated team of medical oncologists, surgeons, radiation oncologists, pathologists, radiologists, dentists, speech pathologists, and translational scientists focused on advancing innovative and patient-centered care for patients with head and neck malignancies. Roswell Park offers a robust clinical trials infrastructure, opportunities for translational and investigator-initiated research, and access to cutting‑edge immunotherapy, cellular therapy, and precision medicine initiatives. Candidates with interests in clinical research, translational science, clinical trials development, survivorship, and multidisciplinary program growth are strongly encouraged to apply. Qualifications MD, DO, or equivalent degree Board Eligible or Board Certified in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology Eligibility for unrestricted medical licensure in the State of New York Demonstrated commitment to excellence in patient care, clinical research, education, and multidisciplinary collaboration Academic rank commensurate with experience and accomplishments Preferred Qualifications Experience in head and neck oncology clinical trials and translational research Interest in immunotherapy, precision oncology, and novel therapeutics Record of scholarly activity, publications, and/or clinical investigation Experience mentoring trainees, fellows, or junior faculty preferred Why Roswell Park?
