This is a long-term assignment with a collaborative, well-supported care environment.Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for adult inpatient admissionsProvide daily follow-ups and discharge planningDiagnose and treat acute and chronic psychiatric conditions using evidence-based practicesDevelop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans, including medication managementMonitor medication effectiveness and patient responseProvide crisis intervention, stabilization, and de-escalation as neededCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nursing, social work, psychology, and primary careParticipate in treatment team meetings and care coordinationMaintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMRComply with all ethical, legal, and regulatory standardsPatient Details:Adult patients (18+)Patient load: Mix of new and existing patientsSupport & Environment:Full treatment team and nursing supportWorking alongside approximately 12 other providersNo supervision of mid-level providersRequirements:Board Eligible (Psychiatry)BLS certificationExperience with inpatient psychiatry preferredEMR: WellSky
