West Virginia University School of Medicine and the Department of Medicine seeks an Infectious Diseases physician (ranks available: Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor). The successful candidate will be expected to practice at Wheeling Hospital in Wheeling, WV. Duties The successful candidate will practice in the area of infectious diseases. In addition to providing excellent patient care, the candidate will also be actively involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows. Qualifications MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and eligibility for a state medical license. Completion of an internal medicine residency and an infectious diseases fellowship program. Board certified or eligible in infectious diseases. All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.
