Position Summary The Lead Director, Enterprise Patient Safety Product Management is responsible for leadership of client and clinical experience products for Enterprise Services. They define and socialize the product vision and strategy, the roadmap, and feature delivery. They are responsible for the overall success of the product, by enabling a best‑in‑class end‑to‑end customer/user experience that improves product health and drives value toward targeted outcomes. They work closely with the Business General Manager (GM), Design, Engineering, and Data/Analytics, forming the "Five in a Box" cross‑functional product leadership team and serve as the main point of contact with other stakeholders to ensure overall cohesion for their product or experience. What you will do Manages the cross‑functional product leadership team, including strong partnership with Business General Manager (GM). Accountable for the teams' delivery and final output to stakeholders. Partners with business general manager and stakeholders to make decisions on investment priorities and develop business cases. Defines and socializes the product vision, strategy and roadmap in collaboration with the business leaders and engineering; assesses and refines as needed. Translates customer and business needs into short‑term and long‑term product strategy by creating Epics/initiatives defined to meet targeted outcomes. Connects the roadmap to specific value drivers that contribute to business priorities, objectives and key results, and strategic programmes. Sets the direction for discovery work, ensuring that the product team is focused on continuous exploration. Champions strong product management and agile mindsets. Defines product objectives and key results (OKRs), aligned with business objectives, to evaluate progress toward outcomes. Required Qualifications 10+ years required experience in digital product management, IT, healthcare, or related field. Demonstrated success in building large‑scale consumer‑facing products. Ability to navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder client environment. Customer centric, creative, and strategic. Preferred Qualifications Prior working experience with software development teams in an agile environment. Ability to drive cross‑functional teams to alignment amid ambiguity. Strong negotiation, organizational, management, analytical and people skills. Data‑driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills. Advanced degree or clinical licensure in a healthcare discipline (pharmacy, nursing, medicine or related field) strongly preferred. Clinical background with hands‑on familiarity with patient safety frameworks, medication safety protocols, or adverse event management - experience that enables credible partnership with CMO‑level stakeholders. Experience leading product initiatives in regulated clinical or healthcare enterprise environments. Education Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Technology, Pharmacy, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience. Pay Range 144,200.00 – 288,400.00 USD. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
