Coaching is based on your actual calls and your actual data, not guesses.In-house lending partner to keep your deals moving and clients taken care of.Compensation:$58,265.56 - $188,496.94Responsibilities:Respond to new buyer and seller leads quickly and follow our proven lead conversion process in Follow Up BossConduct buyer consultations and listing appointments set by you or booked for you by our inside sales teamShow homes, write offers, and negotiate on behalf of clients with support from team leadershipGuide clients from the first conversation through closing, with our transaction coordination team handling the fileMake daily prospecting and follow-up calls to your pipeline and nurture your databaseAttend Playbook training sessions, Objection Thursday call training, and your mentor meetingsTrack your activities and results in our team systems so your coaching is based on real numbersRepresent The Davis Team brand professionally in the Contra Costa and Solano County communitiesQualifications:Active California real estate license, or currently enrolled in licensing courses with a clear timeline to finishNo prior sales experience required; we train you, but you must be willing to make calls every dayStrong communication skills by phone, text, and in personCoachable and willing to follow a proven system instead of reinventing oneComfortable learning our tech stack, including a CRM and performance tracking tools, training providedReliable transportation and ability to work throughout Contra Costa and Solano CountiesFull-time availability, including some evenings and weekends, because that's when clients are freeSelf-motivated and accountable, your income is tied directly to your effortAbout CompanyThe Davis Team is one of the top-producing real estate teams in California, ranked Top 5 at eXp Realty.
