You will set clinical standards, drive performance, and ensure regulatory compliance while developing, coaching, and holding leaders accountable for exceptional outcomes. Partnering closely with executive leadership, you will influence organizational strategy, champion quality initiatives, and build a high-performing nursing team aligned with Edgerton’s mission.
