Review and approve patient information submitted during visits. Facilitate communication among physicians, referral sources, patients, caregivers, and staff. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Current nursing license in the state of practice, or valid compact nursing license. A minimum of two years nursing experience, including one year in home health or hospice. Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations governing home care operations. Basic technology skills, including mobile device operation. Preferred Qualifications Previous management experience is a plus. Requirements Valid state driver’s license.
