This individualized program will be completed at ProHealth Physicians facilities and/or virtually with deep exposure into primary care and working in the practice environment at ProHealth Physicians Minimum Time‑Commitment. A commitment of only a few hours per month (1-3 hrs) of which you are compensated for bi‑weekly in addition to a post‑resident primary care physician position Learn about the organization and practice you will be joining while ensuring that your experience in the program is personalized and valuable to your overall development and understanding of primary care, value‑based care, team‑based care, and outpatient patient‑centered care. Required Qualifications: M.D. or D.O. Must be transitioning into final year of residency or fellowship, or early into final year - PGY2 Resident Physician transitioning into PGY3 Resident Physician (Best Timing) Preferred Qualifications: Preferred candidate will be a local physician resident in Connecticut, but not required Would prefer candidates who plan to practice primary care in Connecticut post‑residency The hourly range for this role is $83,000 to $124,500 per hour based on full‑time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
