Full/Part Time Status Negotiable Position Description University of Iowa Stead Family Department of Pediatrics seeks a well-qualified individual to join the Division of Pediatric Hospital Medicine. Appointment rank is open and may be to either the tenure track or clinical (non-tenure) track consistent with clinical experience and research interest. Appointment rank to Instructor of Pediatrics (non-tenure or clinical track) may also be considered. The Division of Pediatric Hospital Medicine is committed to providing outstanding clinical care and the advancement of knowledge and best practices through collaborative research and quality improvement. Clinical services include the inpatient evaluation and treatment for a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions, in addition to newborn care. Our dedicated faculty coordinate care among specialists for children with complex medical conditions. The division provides consultative services for surgical and medical subspecialties and contributes to the education of the next generation of physicians at the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine.
