Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) – PT/PTA – Full-Time Charleston Rehab & Nursing Charleston, IL $70,000–$100,000/year Charleston Rehab & Nursing is seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) – PT/PTA to lead our therapy department within a skilled nursing facility. This leadership role is ideal for a licensed therapist who enjoys clinical oversight, team development, and creating strong rehab outcomes in a collaborative care setting.
